Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of BlogWarp — the iPhone app, the website at blogwarp.com, and the BlogWarp community and publishing services (together, the “Service”), operated by Mirific Labs. By using the Service you agree to these terms.

The service

BlogWarp lets you read blogs and indie communities in one timeline and publish to your own space on the open web. The Service is currently free and in beta: features may change, break, or be removed, and we provide it “as is.”

Your account

You’re responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure. Give us accurate information, and let us know if you spot unauthorized use.

Your content

You own what you write. By publishing through BlogWarp you grant us the permission needed to host, display, and distribute that content so the Service can work — for example, showing your posts in others’ timelines and serving your blog and its feed. You’re responsible for what you publish and confirm you have the right to share it.

Acceptable use

• Don’t post unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or abusive content.
• Don’t use BlogWarp for spam, harassment, or to distribute malware.
• Don’t disrupt, overload, or try to break the Service or others’ use of it.

The open web

BlogWarp reads publicly available feeds and connects to your blog. You decide what to follow and what to publish, and you’re responsible for those choices.

Termination

You can stop using BlogWarp at any time and export your data. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or put the Service or others at risk.

Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Mirific Labs isn’t liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these terms as BlogWarp evolves. If we make material changes we’ll update this page; continued use means you accept the revised terms.
